Troubleshooting and Problems

When a user opens Pinnacle 21 Community 3.1.0 for the first time and is asked to choose a file path to Configs and Terminology, does each user need to have a unique folder like c:\users\%username%\Documents\Pinnacle 21 Community\Configs or can multiple users use the same config folder w/o causing issue to other users?

We are having issues with the validator report.  In the old version 3.0.2, under the tab 'Dataset Summary' we used to get columns 'Rejects', 'Errors', Warnings' and 'Notices'.  However, in the latest version 3.1.0, we only get column 'Rejects' and all other columns are no longer shown.  Please see attached screen shot for your reference.

I have Pinnacle 3.0.2 installed on Windows2012 server. Lately I find the validator engine and configurations take ages to load (a minimum of 15mins) with the error messages in the log. Do you have any idea?

I am using PINNACLE21 v3.0.2 (CLI) for SDTM validation. When I installed P21 v3.0.2, old controlled terminologies (e.g.2014-06-27) were not set as a default, so I would like to download the old CTs from PINNACLE21 website.

However, "The below terminologies are compatible with Community versions 2.1.3 and 2.2.0 only. They are not compatible with Community 3.0.0 or greater." is described in the Downloads page.

Where can I download the old CTs for PINNACLE21 v3.0.2 ?

We delivered a Clinical study in 2018 and have used P21 V2.2 for SDTM validation. Now, its more than 2 years since we have delivered and made a very minor change in the DM dataset's site Variable as part of request. Upon using the same version of P21 validator (configuration) and the same set of XPT files for validation, I see good number of increase in the error and warning counts. Can anyone clarify this?

The latest version available for download/installation within the application is 2020-01-12. When will this be updated to include 2020-03-27 and 2020-05-23?

When validating ADSL via CLI and specifying source domains as library paths, the report is not correct and mentions reject code AD0001 'Missing ADSL dataset'. 

In below code, folder XPT_ADAM contains adsl.xpt and XPT_SDTM contains dm.xpt, ex.xpt, ae.xpt.
