When things just don't seem to work
Since this weekend a few of us are getting the following error: 'No internet connection - Reconnect to get the latest updates, configs, and notifications.' We are all on the latest version. We can still run the validation but the issue is some of us are getting additional warnings on our report output that 'Problems with your Validator installation detected which may cause inaccurate validation results' while others are not. Obviously it's not an internet connection issue, so wondering if others are seeing this or know what's going on?
In P21E, For CT2002: RSSTRESC value not found in 'Tumor Response Result" extensible codelist.
For which code list is this referencing?
Hello,
We've encountered an issue where we are not seeing flags for Nonstandard Terminology when validating our SEND datasets against the newest 2020-12-18 CT. We've confirmed they are still showing up when validating against older versions.
Thanks.
Hi,
In validator, I installed Meddra and the version folder was generated in configs\data\MEDDRA path.
However, the version did not listed on Meddra version dropdown list of validator and "Meddra not configured problems" was reported on reports.
How I can update dropdown list on validator?
Best regards,
MinJi
Dear Pinnacle21 Team,
I'm using the pinnacle21 community 3.1.0 in order to generate the validator report.
Last month, I worked with the IT team to fix the issue: "No internet connection"
Unfortunately, the Cloudfront IP address list that you provided is not helping much since it's very vast and our Security team won't allow them all on the firewall.
Hello,
There was an out of cycle SDTM controlled terminology released on 6-Nov-2020 to correct an issue with VSTEST. When will this version be added to P21 community?
Thanks,
I installed WHODrug per instructions provided in the Pinnacle 21 online documentation. The WHODrug version.txt file states the version as
WHODRUG GLOBAL SDG September 1, 2020 GLOBALSDGSep20
The version name assigned by Pinnacle 21 is GLOBALB3Sep20. When I select it using the GUI everything runs as expected. When I use the command line interface and submit --whodrug.version=GLOBALB3Sep20 I get this error
Cannot find metadata version=GLOBALB3Sep20 in folder=/WHODRUG
Followed steps to install MedDra. Installation was confirmed. However the MedDra drop down box still states 'install'. Cannot select a version. Closed/opened P21 and reinstalled MedDra with same issue. thanks
