With Enterprise, the patch number 1907.1 for FDA is available but not in Community 3.0.2.

Could you please explain why we could select different patches between the two versions?

Please suggest where to locate the Pinnacle 21 Community 2.2.0. Currently we can find the Pinnacle 21 Community 2.1.3, but the 2.20 is missing.

When I was using P21 Community v2.2.0 and trying to select Configuration, I saw "SDTM 3.2 (PMDA)" and "SDTM 3.2". Wondering if "SDTM 3.2" is intended for SDTM 3.2 (FDA)? Thank you so much for your support!

When I try to validate any data packages, the drop down menus for configuring the package are unavailable for selection. This problem seems to persist across all of my team members and multiple browsers (Google Chrome and Internet Explorer.) Has anyone else run into this problem?

Looks like when I launched the application (v3.0.2) without internet connection, Engine 1810.3 did not appear; although it was available when I launched it earlier with internet connection.

Wondering if internet connection is a requirement every time in order to have Engine 1810.3 available on the application.

I've installed Pinnacle21 Community v3.0.n onto a server running Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard (version 6.3.9600 N/A Build 9600). When the Pinnacle 21 Validator Report runs it displays a dialog box with the warning "Unsupported OS used". Your documentation states that Pinnacle21 Community v3 is compatible with Windows. How do I fix this error please? Please note that I am not a user of Pinnacle21, I install it for others.
