When things just don't seem to work
As of version 3.0.2 of P21 Community the validator seems to be broken on Windows 10.
Installation goes smoothly but the validator screen continuously displays a spinning circle with a message stating: "Loading engines and configurations".
Reinstalling P21 doesn't help.
Could someone please advise?
Thank you.
Hi There,
We are working on Pinnacle21 Community v3.0.x install in our place and need some guidance. I see that in order to get new CT we need to login on Pinnacle21 website. Please see below my questions.
1) Wondering if user can use generic account e.g. gmail etc or need to have company email? What is the password retention policy for Pinnacle21.com account e.g. need to change in 90 days? what happen if account is inactive for extended period of time?
2) Is there a way to stop automatic update and still able to get the latest CTs?
Hi,

Hi all,
just wondering if it is possible to add new rules into a custom configuration?
A sponsor we work with has historically had multiple CROs create SDTM datasets. They now want to check for and enforce some standards across those studies - beyond the standard SDTM-IG checks.

Hi Pinnacle21,
Please be advised that since your recent update to v. 3.0.2, the Community validator no longer checks for CDISC terminology conformance when validating SEND datasets. Suggest immediate remedy.

We are also experiencing a no internet connection error. This is inconsistent and we have some questions that may help us understand/resolve the issue at our end:
P21 Community version 3.0:
Two warnings for DM are listed in the Issue Summary tab; "No baseline flag record in EG for subject", and "No baseline flag record in VS for subject".
The Details tab only displays details for the warning related to VS, but the EG warning is not mentioned.

Brian
P21 Community version 3.0:
The DD0118 warning for "NCI Code 'C71620' for Codelist 'Unit' on Variable 'VSORRESU' does not match NCI Code 'C66770' for Standard Codelist 'Units for Vital Signs Results' for Variable 'VSORRESU'" is being erroneously applied when validating a SENDIG 3.1 dataset.
Codelist C71620 is the appropriate unit codelist for use with VS results in SENDIG 3.1.
Best,
Brian
Hi,
I've been trying to setup the Define Generator stand-alone but haven't yet been able to. It is tightly coupled to other P21 modules and integrating them all is a pain. Though I have some of the P21 projects working, I couldn't get the entire suite up. If anyone got the Define-Generator running standalone, can you please help me get it up? I got some of the consumed apps up, but not the define-generator.
I try to running p21-client-1.0.1.jar in Linux as CLI mode, however, it fails, it mentioned that "ERROR n.bootstrap.api.iq.filters.OSFilter - Operating system Linux is not allowed", is that true?
full log see in below .
