When things just don't seem to work
Hi all,
I installed pinnacle21 ver 3.0 in my client, and installed MedDRA as well. In the process of installation of MedDRA, I had to select installation path in the local, but I want to share dictionary area with other colleagues use the software, so I want to know how to switch the access path for dictionary(MedDRA) in the software.
Looking forward to hearing from your comment/advise !
Thanks,
Junya
We have downloaded the latest release of P21 3.0 to begin validation and testing for production release. I’ve been conducting testing on the installation of the new release. This installation is totally different then past installs because it writes multiple files into user profiles. User profiles will grow to around 200mb or larger just from Pinnacle21 (not including other files that may be stored in user profiles) so this is an issue we need to address. Unfortunately the default install of this release will not work in our shared server desktop environment. The user
We are getting the issue 'No internet connection error', while trying to execute the Pinnacle 21 version 3.0 in Cloud environment. Can you please suggest to run the pinnacle21 to fire wall on the cloud.

Hello,
I would love to know if there's an option to specify the save destination of reports.
For compliance with company rules and for the sake of not being able to alter reports generated (cause you could pretty much delete the warnings, set the counter to "0" and it would look like as if there were no warnings / errors generated), it is absolutely needed for me to alter the save destination to where a user is not able to alter anything in the document cause he only has read access.
The source code of v.3.0 for CLI contains a lot of references to packages "net.bootstrap.core" and similar.
However, these is no statement from where these come (they are also not part of the source code), and the corresponding pom.xml is missing (see prior post).
Where can we get the packages "net.bootstrap.core" or from where can we download either the jar file or the source code?
Without these packages, the source code cannot be compiled.
And no, "https://getbootstrap.com/", does not seem to be the answer.
Please provide clear answer.
we have an issue in pinnacle after java upgradation.
While using in java 8 it is working as expected without any errors by using CLI.
When using in java 11 it gives error
segment failed java.lang.null pointer exception.
can someone help us to resolve this error?

%let jarpath = %str(C:\Users\nayyalas\AppData\Local\Programs\pinnacle21-community\resources\app.asar.unpacked\components\lib);
%let jarfile = %str(p21-client-1.0.0.jar) ;

I tried to use the example ADaM CLI code from https://www.pinnacle21.com/projects/validator/community-cli, but it failed. Complete command-line output from PowerShell is shown at the bottom. To save reading, I've highlighted some messages that seem important. Can anybody suggest what might be wrong here? Thanks in advance for any help.
