When we using CLI to Convert Excel to Define.xml, could you please share the parameter for ‘Define Standard' for the new features in v4.0.0?

On the same data files, I generated a report with the new P21 version 4.0.0 (validation engine FDA 2204.0) and compares this new report with a previous one generated with P21 3.1.2 (Validation 2010.1).

It appears that in the new report with P21 4.0.0, I find all the issues raised in the report generated with version 3.1.2 with the exception of messages related to SD1117 (Duplicate records).

I do not understand why this message no longer appears when I previously had this message in several SDTMs and these have not changed.

Do you have an explanation?

I've just installed the 4.0 version of Pinnacle Community and I have a problem with the validation part of the software...

After the execution the report underline that MedDRA and SNOMED are not configured

Whenever I try to run the pinnacle cli, I am getting "No internet connection. Internet connection is required for CLI validation." even though I have an internet connection. It was working fine few days back and no changes have been made to the firewall as well.

Not sure how to solve this issue.

Hi, I'm new of Pinnacle 21 and I've a problem : when I launch the program for validation everything seems going well but in the report appears

No internet connection

Reconnect to get the latest updates, configs, and notifications.

Why? my PC is regularly connected to LAN ...

I am wanting to use my CLI SAS programs in SAS Studio, which I had working successfully on my desktop SAS 9.4.  I am getting the error: "ERROR n.bootstrap.api.iq.filters.OSFilter - Operating system Linux is not allowed".

I am on Microsoft Windows, however my understanding is that SAS Studio (SAS analytics pro running through SAS Viya) is a Linux based software, even when being used on Windows.

I'd love to hear from anyone as to how I can adjust my program to run the x cmd through Windows.  Here's my code:

We would like to have one central storage location of the configs & terminology files, I understand that this can be modified under help > preferences > resources or chosen when first opening the P21 UI. 

Error: Object has been destroyed in pinnacle 21.

I have installed in macOS m1 mac somehow I am not able to use the validator component.

I have produced a define.xml and I am trying to pass it through Pinnacle 21 to validate it, but it fails. Note, the define.xml code was not produced using the pinnacle 21 process and is created using an external process.

Error code: 56 message: Failed core process.
