When things just don't seem to work
Hello - we are seeing across all users that they receive "Could not establish a connection" for Pinnacle21. We have checked all of our firewall settings and everything is what it should be. We have also tried this on machines outside of our network. Is there something that we are missing?
Do you know when the 2017-06-30 release of controlled terminology will be made available for download for use with Pinnacle 21 Community?
Thanks!
What are the requirements for running Pinnacle 21 Community edition on Windows? Is there any guidance on required components/minimum OS specification?
Thanks
Tim

Uh oh, a serious error has occurred...
To ensure proper functioning, the application must be restarted.
We apologize for the inconvenience, and would like to prevent this from happening in the future.
Downloaded Pinnacle 21 and unzipped to see Pinnacle 21 Community.exe file. Double-clicked on it and it seems to do something for a moment but apparently doesn't install.
I'm trying to have my users run the Pinnacle 21 (version 2.2) from a network-based DFS path but when the application is launched, there is no content (screenshot attached). If I run the same version from a non-DFS path, it works fine. Has anyone come across a similar issue?
Hi I am using the version 2.2.0 i found there are two differences in the excel generated between GUI vs. CLI usages
1. Software version in CLI shows 2.1.2 where as GUI has 2.2.0 (which is correct)
2. The UNII version and NDF-RT version do not show up using CLI. but they do in GUI.
Has anyone come across these and how to fix..
also, with GUI, can I chage the location of the report where it is saved than in Reports folder...
