Troubleshooting and Problems

Hi,

According to an earlier post, P21C v3.1.2 used OpenJDK 1.8.0_292.  Which version of Java has been used in the current version of P21C (4.0.2)?  We've been asked for this information as part of an internal inventory of applications requiring Java licenses.

Even though my ethernet works fine, my P21 Community program shows 'No Internet connection' above. 

Is there anyone who could help me?

Trying to run the program and getting a couple different issues but suspect they are firewall related.  I either try to go to validation and it spins and never completes or I get the Uh Oh error.  Looking into the log I see this error

2023-10-17 14:32:30 [RxIoScheduler-5] ERROR net.bootstrap.utils.S3Loader - Failed to download file: release/resources_v4.json

Is this trying to load from the local device or downloading it.  If downloading, where is it so I can try to ensure we have it opened up.  If it is local, where is it as I cannot find the file.

I received error message, "Invalid TSVAL value for PCLAS", where TSVAL = "Vaccine" and TSVALCD = "N0000193912"

Both "Vaccine" and "Vaccine [APC]" gives an error.

Is there any way to see what the expected TSVAL is for TSVALCD = "N0000193912"?

We are using MED-RT 2023-07-03 and here the line is "Vaccine [APC] N0000193912 MED-RT" (evs.nci.nih.gov/ftp1/MED-RT/Archive/MEDRT_2023.07.03.txt)

I just realized that my Community version 4.0.2 uses FDA validation engine 2204.1, which is still the one referenced at https://www.pinnacle21.com/downloads, while one of my customers has 2304.0 in Enterprise: are there plans to update the community engine too? If so, when?

I'm trying to run Pinnacle 21 on a mac (intel mac with OS Ventura 13.1) , but when. try to open the validator, the window has a message for loading engines and validators that never finished.

In the logs I see a message related to libiokit.dylib not found.

Any idea on how to solve it?
