How to generate define.xml using latest version?

When validating the SDTM Define with Enterprise version, I get the following issue that doesn't show up in Community version:

ID, Referenced Dictionary ID

AEBDSYCD, AEDICT_F, AEDICT_FN

Missing MedDRA reference on
'AEBDSYCD' variable

I'm trying to update define.xml with ARM section. I use 2 datasets (ADEEG and ADSL) to populate data references. I got "Missing required def:CommentOID" message. XML syntax I wrote is below. Can anyone point me to correct place, where should I put comment attribute?

We're preparing define.xml files for a couple of legacy studies and accordingly, we applied legacy standard during validation. As we moved forward to generate define.xml after importing validation metadata, we found that the value level tab, as well as the codelists, were both empty. We then double checked with the ADaM data and didn't seem to find anything suspicious - variables such as AVAL, AVALC, PARAMCD, etc. did exist and the XPT files were also validated. 

Any ideas why both of them were empty?

Dear all,

I validated my define.xml with version 2.1.3 of P21 Community a while back and now tried validating with 3.0.0.

With version 2.1.3 I did not get any issues for rule DD0001 but with version 3.0.0 I get 2 issues for same rule.

I am unable to tell if there is a change log for the rules so could someone maybe help me understand how rule DD0001 was updated in version 3.0.0 compared to version 2.1.3/2.2.0?

I generated a define.xml successfully using new version Pinnacle21 Community. However, the validation on define.xml gave me the following error message related to codelist for PK units of measure. These errors were not seen from Pinnacle21 Community 2.2.0. Can you please provide suggestions to fix?

Can you please help us with displaying the hyperlink of the Pages from Define.xml to annotated PDF document? Using the current stylesheet provided with Pinnacle 21 version 2.2.0 the page numbers are not displaying in web browser .

What would be the appropriate place to enter ADaM dataset-level comments, such as what should be included in an ADaM (as shown in the "Database Comment" column in the included screenshot) in the Excel ADaM spec and define.xml? Should they simply be included in dataset descriptions ADRG instead?
