We have reproduced this bug. Details tab shows records only from the first domain of the multiple domains where SD0006 occurs.
Our team will work to provide a fix for this issue in one of the future updates.

P21 Community version 3.0:
Two warnings for DM are listed in the Issue Summary tab; "No baseline flag record in EG for subject", and "No baseline flag record in VS for subject".
The Details tab only displays details for the warning related to VS, but the EG warning is not mentioned.
