Hi, Do you have any custom lookup rules defined? The error message is somewhat non-specific, but it happens within the lookup rule. Hopefully I can narrow it down so that we can get to the root cause. Regards, Tim

validation rules
I don't have any but I think I aborted the process in the middle so it may not be a typical error message.
