Thank you for the attachments. We can see the following:

Caused by: net.bootstrap.api.iq.IqException: Installation qualification check Expiration date check failed for GLOBAL at net.bootstrap.api.iq.advices.GlobalAdvice.iqGlobal(GlobalAdvice.java:24) ~[p21-client-1.0.4.jar:1.0.4]

Your engines appear expired. You should install the latest P21C from https://www.pinnacle21.com/downloads and let it download the up-to-date config files into the configs directory.
The default path to that directory is Documents\Pinnacle 21 Community\configs. Then that directory can be copied into your CCLI working directory to replace the expired one.
I also suggest using the latest version of CCLI that comes with the app. It should be p21-client-1.0.8.jar
