Yes, every dataset or group of datasets I've tried has the same result. Using SDTM-IG, Engine: FDA Legacy 2204.1

I have been unable to reproduce this issue with my datasets. If you wish, you can email one of the datasets to us at community@pinnacle21.com and we can try reproducing with the file. The logging you initially attached indicated an issue communicating with one of the online domains. Do you have the 'No Internet Connection' banner displayed at the top of the application?

The validator report does not show the dataset I was validating (DM.xpt). It only shows the GLOBAL metadata result. I've attached the log for this validator run.
