Thank you for letting us know about that issue!
We have fixed two CT files that prevented CT rules from firing:
SDTM 2020-12-18 and SEND 2020-12-18.
CT rules will fire on the next validation that you will run.

We've encountered an issue where we are not seeing flags for Nonstandard Terminology when validating our SEND datasets against the newest 2020-12-18 CT. We've confirmed they are still showing up when validating against older versions.
