We know that v2.2.0 is not supported since 31-Mar-2021 but can we check that this version will remain accessible on the long term?

It appears there is a new version of the software, but there are no release notes or information about what changed; the downloads page still says v3.1.0.  Please advise on the changes for the software.  Thank you.

Dear Support,

Pinnacle 3.1.0 stopped working with the error message "Installation qualification check Expiration date check failed". We have an offline environment. With earlier Pinnacle versions (3.0.2), a reinstallation would work. However with 3.1.0, reinstallation does not. Even installing on another machine gave the same error message. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Are there any ways to enable functionalities to halt auto-updates for P21 v3.1.x+ Community for a certain amount of time?

Sometimes users often run into the situation where they have to suddenly face new checks right before a deliverable because of auto-updates - there were mentionings of this that the updates can be delayed for 30 days but we're never really sure how to enable this in the community version.  

Could you please kindly advise how this can be enabled? Thank you.

Thanks for adding validation for WHO Drug!   Can you provide further information on what "Drug Name" is being checked in SD1344.   In 2017, UMC recommended storing either the Preferred Base Name (code ending in 01 001) or Preferred Salt Name (code ending in 001) in CMDECOD.  Is the check using one of these methods or is it using all possible Drug Name values (irregardless of preferred name or base)?

My validation report comes out partially in Chinese.  I don't see any obvious way to manage the output language in the interface.  What should I do?

In previous posts you mentioned that you are working on a new p21c version with multi-user support and customizable installation paths. Do you have any update?
