ADaM

Hi,

I'm able to run OpenCDISC on SDTM datasets, without any problems.  However, I'm experiencing difficulties running OpenCDISC to validate ADaM transport files for define.xml.  I've tried a couple different runs: (1) running all ADaM datasets + SDTM DM + SDTM EX.  (2) running just ADSL + SDTM DM + SDTM EX.

Below are the errors encountered for test (2).  Are other SDTM datasets needed besides DM and EX for ADaM OpenCDISC runs?  Any help you can give would be appreciated.  Thanks.

I have language element in SUPPQS (QSVAL) dataset and I need this info to present in listings, so what will be the ADaM element name should be for language in ADQS dataset?

Dear Support Team -

I am confused with "For a given value of  Analysis Value Character (AVALC), all values of Analysis Value Numeric (AVAL) should be the same for a given PARAMCD" error text in questionarie dataset AVAL will contain numeric score and AVALC contain values from QSORRES (text results - i.e. required for report analysis) so both wonot be same for QS ADaM datasets?

Hello Support Team -

Why PARAMN should contain only 0-9? I donot agree with this message - beacuse we have Questionarie dataset it contains questions more than 30 then how can you make PARAMN value between 0-9.

1. we have two types of questionarie - 1). Pre questions and 2). post questions.

2. we are intreatsed see PRE vs POST.

3. so here BASE and AVAL wonot be same.

Could you please let me know your thoughts and I appreciate your swift help.

I observed below messages in validator report for *DT, *TM and *DTM elements "does not have ADaM required SAS date, time and dataetime format".

But my datasets contain valid is8601da. and is860dt. valid formats. - could you please assist me here.

Hello Friends -

I was strated working on questionarie ADaM adtasets and came acroos a problem in keeping "Other Specify" info @ ADaM dataset level. I completely gone through ADAM guidelines and could not able to find a element to include it ADaM level using BDS starcture. I greatly appreciate if you can help me out.
