Hi Nari,
Thanks for posting about this. The reported false positive is due to a known issue with DD0046 where the rule reports an issue incorrectly when certain SEND versions are configured. This has been fixed as of the 2405.0 Engine Suite and is fixed in PMDA 2311 as well.
In the meantime, the issue can be explained.

Currently, the only selectable option is FDA 2304.3.
Could you let me know when the release of 2405.0 is expected?
When the Standard is set to GENE-TOX, the following message appears in the Define validation report:
IID DD0046 Invalid use of Domain attribute For ADaM submission data (where def:StandardName is 'ADaM-IG'), Domain attribute is not applicable and must not be included in Define.xml.
