I tried to run a report using OpenCDISC 1.4 GUI for integrated SDTM datasets. Due to huge number of observations in some of the datasets, after running the report - a message popped up that Excel report have reached the limit of 65,535 error messages and if you want to get the full list of errors, re-run the report in CSV format. I clicked "OK". After clicking "View Report" - a dialogue box was displayed mentioning that Excel report is having errors which needs to be fixed, and if you trust the source, click "Yes". I went for "Yes". Which was immediately followed by another dialogue box saying "Formulaues and Cell values have been recovered but the Excel report has been damaged to an extent that some data might have been lost". I clicked "Close" and the report was displayed.
As expected, "Details" sheet was having 65,536 records but each sheet was missing the standard colors and formatting. It was even missing the direct link which takes one to the Rules when we click on the "RuleID". I could not see anything missing in case of columns each Sheet should have.
I was concerned whether it is usual or is it because of the 65,535 records limit reached for the error messages?
I would really appreciate if you can share thoughts regarding this.
