The source code is be available by using of any web browser.

Did you check the following forum discussion?

http://www.opencdisc.org/forum/download-source-code

It could be helpful.

yes i have checked that discussion. he downloaded the source code using SVN by entering the repository path

http://svn.opencdisc.org/validator/trunk.

but when i tried this step. svn gives an error to me that is could not able to connect with the server. i'm not sure why it is happening. is there any other alternate way to download it. can't i get a complete zip file with all the source code in it?

Hi Rajesh,

The validator code is available by any web browser. If you like to use a .svn client instead, you need to understand how to configure your own software. Unfortunately we can not help you with this part. Ask your company Help Desk or any skilled programmer, IT person to assist you with this.

hi sergiy,

i'm not intereseted in .svn client. actually i need to change some part of validator for my own use as of some control terminology to make use of it for my specific project. for this i want complete code in my system and check out where i can change to get perfect output which is only centric to my project. but using browser i have browse all of directories which are present there. isn't there any way to download the complete code. it is not friendly to browse all the directories to understand the complete architecture of this application.

thanks,

Rajesh

If you don't want the SVN tortoise client, you can use your existing eclipse ,intellij, or any IDE that supports SVN and download the source code that way.

Rajesh,

I know that you are a certified java developer. I am not. I am only SAS programmer. Also I am not familiar with snv technology.  And it was less than two hours ago when for the first time I  have heard about a svn client from your initial post.

To test your complaints I took my wife computer, did Google search for "svn client download", took the first link ("SmartSVN"), download and installed it. Then I successfully download everything from OpenCDISC  SVN repository on my wife computer.  It took me about 5 minutes for everything.

SVN is a widely used technology for java developers.  Perhaps others at your company could assist you if the support on this forum is not meeting your needs

Best Regards,

Sergiy
