Hello Diego,
The Community installer has been updated.
Please download it at https://www.pinnacle21.com/downloads and use it to reinstall the app.
Thanks,

Hi Diego,
Before uninstalling, can you delete the lib folder found in the default install location of Documents\Pinnacle 21 Community?
C:\Users\<user>\Documents\Pinnacle 21 Community\lib
Once this is deleted, please attempt a re-install using the download from the site.
Kind regards,
Matt
Hi Matt,
Thank you for your reply. We have done this and we still have the internet issue. I am now wondering if there is something installed on our work computers that is blocking the access. Can you please give me the site that Pinnacle is trying to access so I can look and see if it is not blocked?
Thank you again for your help.
Kind regards,
Diego
Hi Diego,
Thank you for confirming. We are reviewing information on our side regarding the re-installation issue. Additionally, since you are running Community offline, I can provide you with a list of the required domain URLs you can whitelist if you send us an email at Community@pinnacle21.com.
Kind regards,
Matt
Hi Diego,
Please uninstall your current version of Community, and perform a fresh installation of Community from the downloads page: https://www.pinnacle21.com/downloads. I would make sure the version you are installing is the exe that downloads when you visit the link provided. You should not use previously downloaded .exe's

Hi Matt,
I received the list and opened the firewall. That did the trick. Thank you so much for your help.

Hi Diego,
Thank you for the follow-up confirming! Enjoy the rest of your day.

We have received the following error recently with Pinnacle Community 3.1.2:
Error code 61 message: Pinnacle 21 Community has expired due to an extended period with no internet connection. Connect to the internet to continue using your application.
Due to our security rules it is impossible to open the flows necessary to connect to the site. We have tried uninstalling and removing all traces of Pinnacle and then re-installing Pinnacle, but we still receive the same error.
Any help you can provide would be most welcome
