Hi Sandra,
You aren't doing anything wrong, this appears to be a bug in the define.xml generator. I'll look into what the problem is and hopefully we'll be able to release a fixed version soon. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Hi,
I tried to create a define.xml with the latest Version (1.2.1) and used a codelist in the same format as it is specified in the template.
The define.xml is created, but only the first line from each code list is present there.
Am I doing something wrong? The same codelist works fine with the previous version.
