CLI Define Spec Change Lengths

I have produced the Define Spec from my XPT files.

In my XPT files the variable VISIT is a length of $40 in all files and all my XPT files are empty shells so there is no data to impact the length.

However when the Define Spec is generate using the CLI the length is changed to 45, why is this ?

Hi Colm,

$40 looks like a Format value. Could you please check the Length and Format for this variable?

If you have Length = 45 and Format = $40, Define spec generator will take 45 as Length.

use cli call other funtions

i would like to use cli call all funtions(like create spec) in p21 app not only validation.and i once see those command lines,but i can't find them now.could you please send it to me again? thanks!
