Any way to restrict PINNACLE 21 to not create Define.xml for domains which has 0 records in .xpt files?

Hi Priyanka,

It's very simple. Do not include datasets with 0 records in your data package when scanning your data with Pinnacle 21 tool.

Other option is to edit Excel specs by deleting datasets and their variables.

Thanks for your response. Is there a way that Pinnacle do not consider the domains from the define specifications sheet to create the define.xml if the xpts have 0 records? Since we can have data in those datasets at later date during conduct of study and thus do not want to delete the datasets and variables manually each time looking at the content of the data. I am not sure if there's a way the tool will be able to do that?
