Actually, I believe the problem is this check for the 1:1 relationship is being tested for terms LBTESTCD (or LBTEST) that are outside the codelist. If the 1:1 condition were checked only when the short test names matched to the C65047 codelist (or long names matched to C67154 codelist), then it would make sense. The check needs the conditionality.

Hi, For the extensible codelists for LBTESTCD and LBTEST, this message is firing as an Error for every term beyond the codelist. It seems the behavior in 1.3 was much more appropriate for the extensible codelist. Will it be fixed in the update?
