Config xml files

Hello, I really enjoy looking through the config files to see what the warnings and error messages are expecting.  In the new version 3.0 of the software they are located in an odd location and don't pull up correctly as an xml file.

Current 3.0 location: P21_FOLDER\resources\app.asar.unpacked\components\lib\configs\1903.1

When I try to open any of the xml files it only shows a large amount of text.  However when I copy the files to the location of the version 2.2 config files I can get the ADAM 1.1 IG to open perfectly but not the SDTM 3.2 IG.  That one just stalls out.  Any reason that they won't open in the original folder and why they open when placed somewhere else  - kind of - except when they won't at all.
