How can i get 'missing value level metadata for QVAL in dataset SUPPCL through define file?

what information still not provided by me in excel spec please help to resolve this error.

Hi,

Your Excel file should contain row(s) on the "ValueLevel" worksheet with Dataset = "SUPPCL" and Variable = "QVAL". Can you confirm?
