Hi Kiran,
OpenCDISC rules are developed by OpenCDISC team through interpretation of the SDTM Implementation Guide and contributions of the OpenCDISC community. However, after every WebSDM release we go through and reconcile our 2 rule sets.
Take a look at OpenCDISC SDTM v3.1.2 rules at http://www.opencdisc.org/projects/validator/cdisc-sdtm-3.1.2-validation-rules. The last column “WebSDM ID” is used to cross-reference our rules to WebSDM. Whenever this column is blank, then the rule is unique to OpenCDISC.
