Did Pinnacle 21E Check the duplicate Records on Sponsor Keys?

I have a question regarding the duplicate Records check by P21; back in 2020, Pinnacle only used to check Duplicate records on domain-specific variables as per P21 preset key variables and validation rules. It is used to ignore the key variables presented in the defined XML. is the Latest Version still following that or it Use the Key sort variables from the define.xml to check the duplicate records

SD1152 (Duplicate records per Key Variables in Define.xml)

Hi PK,

P21 Validator has

SD1152 (Duplicate records per Key Variables in Define.xml)
and several other rules for duplicate records per pre-specified Keys Vars. SD1117 for Findings domains, SD1201 for Events, SD1352 for Interventions, SD0086 for SUPPQUALs, etc.

Those two types of rules serve different purposes.
