Hi Jozef,
What standard and version do you refer?
Thank you,
Sergiy
Hi Jozef,
I am not sure what is going on. More details to diagnose your issue are needed. Now 2405.2 is available only in Enterprise. So, I assume that you are using Enterprise, so you can contact P21 Enterprise Support. You may want to share some details outside of this public forum.
There is no assignment of any CT to LBSTRESC variable in Pinnacle 21 specs. Therefore, CT2002 rule should not be complied for this variable.
My guess is that original P21 configs files were modified. But it could be something else.
Thank you,
Sergiy
I am pretty sure ... No, I am not using Enterprise ...
For the version, it says "2405.2", at least in the "What's new" ... but it nows looks as it is not using that, but "2304.3" in P21 4.1.0.
So I wonder why we get "What's new in the 2405.2 validation engine" when that is not applicable at all in Community.
Anyway, we get these large amount of messages for LBSTRESC. I am trying to attach the screenshots again. Two days ago the forum throw them away ...
No, I did not change anything in the P21 config files.

As much I can see. This bug exists in SDTMIG 3.4 config of 2304.3 engine. Not SDTMIG 3.3, 2504.2 engine.
P21 team original implementation of SDTMIG 3.4 standard validation was according to SDTMIG 3.4 documentation from CDISC, where LBSTRESC variable has assignment to SDTM CT codelist.
In 2405.0 engine this bug was fixed.
"What's new in the 2405.2 validation engine" webinar summarized changes since 2405.1 engine. Therefore, the LBSTRESC CT fix is not covered because it was done before.
P21 2405.2 validation engine will be available in Community within a month.
Thank you,
Sergiy
We have many problems with the (new?) version 2405.2 ...
For example, we get many (sometimes thousands) of errors "LBSTRESC value not found in 'Laboratory Test Standard Character Result' extensible codelist" when the value represents a number (LBSTRESC is "char").

These are clearly false positives.
CT2002 for LBSTRESC should only report when the value does NOT represent a number, and the value is not one of "ABNORMAL", "ABSENT", etc..
Please correct immediately as this delays the submission of the study by our customer, which costs them a lot of money ...
