Inconsistent value for Standard Unit

Shouldn't this check take into consideration the LBCAT since there are tests that can span categories and end up having different standard units?

This is a good question. I’m inclined to agree with your observation, but both Janus and WebSDM do not take LBCAT into consideration when checking for Standard Unit consistency. There is also nothing in the SDTMIG that sheds any light on this question. I did find a prior discussion of this topic on the CDISC forum, where participants agree with your point of view:

We’ll change the implementation of the rule in the next release of the SDTM configurations.
