Rule Definition
The problem is that R2ANRLO and HI does not exist in the ADaM IG 1.0. I see only the following
- R2BASE Ratio to Baseline
- R2A*LO Ratio to Analysis Range $1 Lower Limit
- R2A*HI Ratio to Analysis Range $1 Upper Limit
- ANRLO
- ANRHI
Our rule excludes looking at R2A#LO, where # = y in {1,9}.

If you do not want R2ANRLO to be considered, add it to the When clause:
