Please see "https://www.pinnacle21.com/forum/occurrence-blank-column-under-severity-validation-report" where the same question is answered.
This is a consequence of the FDA not publishing "Severity" anymore, only "Reject".

When I use Software version : 3.1.0, now, severity column is empty for a lot of checks, why ?
