Count mismatch in Error while running Pinnacle

Hi Team,

we are trying to run Pinnacle on ADaM data set and each time we are getting different count for same error and also counts are not matching between "issue summary" and "Details".

Hi Sergiy,

we made a run P21 on AE Adam and found different count each time while running P21.

Example:

ADAE

Issue Summary sheet-- CT2001 AEACN value not found in 'Action Taken with Study Treatment' non-extensible codelist Error 31

Detail-- we are getting count 30 only for the same query, it should be 31.

and if i am running next time then again count will change.

We have recently released Community 3.1.0 update that includes a fix for the bug with inconsistent issue counts.

Could you please check again? Please let us know if the problem persists.

We are still seeing this in v4.0.1 Community. Running a check against the observation count of the input datasets reveals some records not being read into P21. We find that multiple runs are needed to get a report which is complete.
