Version 2.0.2 Cannot extract package

Hi,

I am trying to run version 2.0.2 on my company laptop on which I do not have admin rights. When I run the program I get the message Cannot extract package Unable to create temporary directory.

Any suggestions on running the program on a locked down machine (windows).

You can extract an installation zip file using other computer and then transfer files by USB drive. You also can run a tool from USB drive or SD card.

It is not extracting the zip file, but when running the tool

Running from an USB drive does indeed work. Though not so practical. Can you tell where it wants to create the temporary directory?

Copy your USB folder with

Copy your USB folder with Validator to your laptop hard drive.

copy of USB folder does not work

Hi Sergiy,

That does not work. Also strangely when I run from the C drive I get an "ope file - security warning" and I don't get that when I run from the USB drive.

You need to talk with your IT

You need to talk with your IT team. They either will help you with local installation/security setting or will be not happy with running any programs from USB drive.
