User defined code lists for TSVAL

Hi, I'm getting warning CT0042 (Value for TSVAL not found in TDIGRP controlled terminology codelist). This rule is only applied to rows where TSPARMCD='TDIGRP'. However it doesn't seem possible to supply a user-defined code list which only applies to a subset of rows.

Is there any way to extend the TDIGRP code list (C66787) in this case?

Hi Martin,

You are correct, there is no way to specify a user-defined codelist that only applies to a subset of rows, at least not with define.xml v1.0. I believe the upcoming define.xml v2.0 will address this problem. In the meantime, we have 2 choices: keep CT0042 warning in place or temporarily remove the rule until define.xml v2.0 is available. Let me know your preference. I'll also ask around the community.
