I want to create an Excel specification for define.xml using CLI for OCC 2.0.1. I've checked the validator-cli-2.0.1 file, and as far I can see it can't be done right now? I get this when I type help:
General Parameters
-type SDTM|ADaM|SEND|Define|Custom (SDTM)
Source Data Parameters
-source <path>
-source:type SAS|Delimited (SAS)
-source:delimiter <delimiter> (,)
-source:qualifier <qualifier> (")
Configuration Parameters
-config <path>
-config:define <path>
-config:codelists <path>
-config:snomed <version>
-config:meddra <version>
-config:cdisc <version>
-config:ndfrt <version>
-config:unii <version>
Report Parameters
-report <path>
-report:type Excel|CSV|XML (Excel)
-report:cutoff <#> (1000)
-report:overwrite yes|no
And when releasing OCC 2.0.1 you said that the output location for define.xml could be defined, but how can that be done using the commands above? The text at the page http://www.opencdisc.org/using-opencdisc-validator-cli is for OpenCDISC validator 1.4.
We currently are not planning to provide a Command Line Interface (CLI) for Community Define.xml tool. The integration functionality is available only in Enterprise version.
