Hi Shrishaila,
You do not need to worry about the CT0003 rule if you do not use AGESPAN parameter in TS domain AND version of CDISC CT 2013-04-12 of later.
As of today a majority of users is still using previous versions of CDISC CT. Therefore there are no plans to phase out the CT0003 check at this moment.
The CT0003 check is not expected to be executed in your case when 'Age Span' (C66780) codelist is not present in CT version you use. Do you have any particular problem with false-positive messages?
Thank you,
Sergiy
Dear All,
Per Rule ID CT0003, "TS dataset Parameter Value (TSVAL) values should be populated with terms found in 'Age Span' (C66780) CDISC controlled terminology codelist, when Trial Summary Parameter Short Name (TSPARMCD) value is 'AGESPAN'".
'Age Span' (C66780) codelist is not found in latest CDISC controlled terminology sheet.
Any idea this rule Id will be phased out? If not, how to validate this rule CT0003? Am i missing something here?
Kindly suggest.
Warm regards,
Shrishaila
