But how can any software detect whether a -DTC, -STDTC, -ENDTC (when it has at least complete date part) is after -RFPENDTC when the latter is an incomplete date?
In the good old days P21 was open source, so that we could look ourselves.
Can we have partial dates in DM.RFPENDTC?
