The OpenCDISC team receive many questions through Contact Form. Unfortunately about 20% users misspelled their email address. Sometimes we can figure out the correct one ;), but in most cases it’s impossible to answer your question because that issue. Now I use the forum to handle one of such cases.
Original question:
"1. In the open cdisc report detail sheet, is the "record" is the actual record number in dataset?
2. if below record 2 2 LBTOX, LBTOXGR NCI CTCAE (version 3.0), null SD1036 Missing value for LBTOXGR, when LBTOX is populated Missing value LBTOXGR missing, But I checked both stdm and radata lb and bot record 2 LBTOX value is missing as well. Why there is still warning?"
Answer:
1. Yes, the RECORD value is the record number in the dataset.
2. I am not sure about a source of warnings without look at your data. Check if LBTOX value includes any invisible symbols, like "space".
