define.xml ver.2.1生成时，CRF的页码没有显示出来

Origin
The reason is probably that in Define-XML 2.1, "CRF" is not a valid value for "Origin" anymore, it has been replaced by "Collected".
P.S. There is very good (and inexpensive) software that has a GUI taking care of this.
当Origin列输入CRF，Pages列设置了对应页码后，define2.1版本生成的xml文件中没有页码的超链接，但是define 2.0却可以。怎么回事？
