Creating Define.xml in specific location

Hi,

I am new to OpenCDISC 2.0.1 community version.

How can i create Define.xml file in the specific location(study drive, where the xpt files, blankcrf and reviewersguide available).

Because by default it is creating in "C:\OpenCDISC 2.0.1\components\reports". And I have OpenCDISC application in one server, and my study drive in another server.

Could you please send me the filled excel specification to generate define.xml
