AD0221 CHGCAT1 value inconsistent

Hi Team,

I am getting AD0221 error for CHGCAT1 as value inconsistent with CHG values.

getting  error for record 

Record   PARAMCD   CHG                       CHGCAT1

169787  LGHBSAG    -1.47182854             Increase

Please confirm is P21 rounding the value up to 8 decimals? 

Below highlighted  record number is 16987.
