Too strict
Is this not a bit too strict? We may consider someone off treatment depending on analyses, drug, etc. even though technically still on treatment. Also we may consider someone to be on treatment within a time-window after having stopped the drug again depending on analyses, but mostly the drug at hand: we may say: end date + x days is considered on treatment...
